Terms of service

The service

SkillHack provides free AI-career learning material, server-graded practice and challenge questions, pseudonymous leaderboards, and an opt-in talent network. Using SkillHack means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use SkillHack.

Fair play

• Scores are decided on the server, and the server's grade is final. Some challenges allow exactly one attempt and say so before you start; leaving such a challenge ends the attempt.
• Submit work that is faithfully yours. We run similarity checks, and submissions may be flagged for review.
• Do not probe, overload, or automate against the grading system, or attempt to extract question banks, answer keys, or rubrics.

Your work

You own what you submit. You grant SkillHack the licence needed to operate the service: storing your work, processing it for grading (including with the AI services named in the privacy policy), and displaying your scores under your pseudonym or chosen display name.

Talent network

Discovery by hiring companies happens only under the consent flow described in the privacy policy. Companies using SkillHack agree to use candidate information only for their own hiring.

Ending an account

You can stop using SkillHack at any time and ask for deletion. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or harm other users.

No warranty

SkillHack is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Scores and course content are learning tools, not professional advice or a guarantee of employment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it. For learners, that is nothing.
